Technical Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance and contractor staff to ensure smooth delivery of smart maintenance projects.
• Perform design reviews and collaborate with internal stakeholders and contractors to ensure compliance with contract specifications.
• Oversee project progress, coordinate with contractors and stakeholders, and resolve technical and site issues.
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and report on progress and challenges.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify key performance indicators, collect data, and analyze it to gain insights into system performance.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / Computer Engineering or a related discipline
• A minimum of 6 years’ relevant experience, of which 2 years should be at supervisory level
• Possession of good analytical ability and interpersonal skills and be computer literate and self-motivated
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese with proficiency in Mandarin
• Experience with AWS and programming skills in C++/Python/SQL is a plus
• Experience and knowledge of Rolling Stock is preferred

Remarks

• Candidates with lower qualification but extensive experience will also be considered
