Temporary Learning & Development Assistant (Ref: 250000O4)
Responsibilities
- Support the training administration of different learning & development initiatives
- Support the co-ordination and administration of corporate curriculum programmes
- Support central administrative duties such as handling training room booking and ordering of training materials and training centre equipment
Requirements
- Grade E / Level 2 / “Attained” or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE, including English and Chinese Languages
- A minimum of 4 years' relevant experience
- Good attention to details and able to multi-task
- Hands-on experience in various software applications, such as Chinese and English word processing, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in using Learning Management System (LMS) is an advantage
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Remarks
Appointment will be made on 5-month temporary contract terms
