Major Duties:
(a)
To perform teaching duties including supervision of student projects and fieldwork placement;
(b)
To carry out duties in relation to student and academic administration;
(c)
To develop programme curriculum and teaching, learning and assessment materials;
(d)
To assist in validation and accreditation of programmes; and
(e)
To participate in networking with industry / industrial attachments, departmental projects and functions including but not limited to consultancy services, research studies, seminars and exhibitions.
Requirements:
(a)
A recognised degree in Nursing or professional qualification, preferably with a post-graduate qualification;
(b)
At least 3 years’ relevant teaching and/ or industry experience in the field of nursing;
(c)
Good communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese;
(d)
Good records of connection with the industry or professional bodies will be an advantage; and
(e)
For the candidates with Nursing qualification, they should be the Registered Nurse with the Hong Kong Nursing Council and holding valid practicing certificate.
Note:
Shortlisted candidates will be required to take a written assessment.
