Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and monitoring the logistics and security provisions
Assist in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders in the planning and execution of logistics and security provisions
Ensure performance in event operations and execution of deployment plans are up to standard and in-line with key performance indicators
Assist in conducting and preparing logistic and security data analysis for venue expansion development
Assist in formulation and compilation of proposal for security enhancement in venue expansion development
Coordinate and drive security enhancement works through effective collaboration with user department and technical department
Maintain AWEM security standard to protect life and property for all the events occurring in AWEM
Assist in planning, upkeeping and coordination of venue wayfinding and event related signage
Provide administrative support including purchasing and sourcing, expenditure report, office operations, logistic data and report and issuance of car parking permit, etc.
Perform any ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
Associate Degree or above in Transport and Logistics, Business Administration, Event Management, or related discipline
Minimum 1 – 2 years of relevant working experiences, preferably in sizable organization or hospitality industry. Planning experience particularly in logistics, security, and experience in disciplined forces will be an advantage.
Interested in innovation and technology with ability to work across teams for improvement of venue services and operations
A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills; well-organized with analytical skills, self-motivated, fast-paced and flexible at work
Able to work independently and under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and Mandarin is a plus
Possess a valid HK driving license class 1 or 2 is required
