Responsibilities:
Conduct scheduled visits to Residential Care Homes (RCHs) in Yuen Long and Tuen Mun Districts
Provide medical consultations to residents of RCH for episodic illnesses
Provide regular health education to staff/residents of RCHs
Work with nursing team to enhance healthcare in RCHs
Perform other primary healthcare services as assigned
Requirement:
Registered medical practitioner under the Hong Kong Medical Registration Ordinance
At least 5 years post internship in clinical practice in public or private sectors
Holder of valid Annual Practicing Certificate
Proficiency in Cantonese and written English
Experience in providing medical care to elderly persons in RCHs will be an advantage
The appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract basis.
