從大阪北新地引進雞肉串燒專門店燒鳥YAMATO,於灣仔活道正式開業,為城中饕客以炭火炮製從日本農場直送之地雞料理。燒鳥YAMATO,由入行超過30年的雞肉職人川口伸於2010年在大阪創立,為香港分店擔任顧問,並由經驗豐富的主廚Ogura Tadashi主理。燒鳥YAMATO香港店堅持本店精神,從日本合作農舍獨家進口經細心培育的地雞,並配搭多姿多彩的產地直送季節食材,以廚師發辦的方式呈獻別樹一格的雞肉料理。

Founded by the chicken master, Yamaguchi Shin, who worked in the chicken meat trade industry and yakitori restaurant for over 30 years, Yakitori YAMATO only serves the best native chicken (Jidori) from Nara prefecture, which is famous for its juiciness and rich flavour.
