Responsibilities
1、fully responsible for the company's Hong Kong region personnel administration work; (such as: recruitment, training, payroll, employee relations, licensing, cost control, vehicle annual audit, local government subsidies, apply for foreign labour, etc.)
2、Do a good job in Hong Kong shops and headquarters departments of the bridge, to assist in the completion of the headquarters departments of the Hong Kong region's work matters.
3、Provide human resources advice to superiors and is committed to improving the company's Hong Kong regional integrated management level, control of human resources costs.
4、Establish and improve the company's various rules and regulations.
5、Responsible for the company's Hong Kong region corporate culture construction, staff holiday activities organisation, planning and arrangements.
6, do a good job of budgeting work organisation and implementation, etc.
7、Responsible for the coordination and relationship maintenance of the shops.
8、Responsible for the development and optimisation of the department's workflow, monitoring the implementation of the implementation.
9, other work matters assigned by the superior leadership.
工作職責
1、全面負責公司香港區域人事行政工作;(如:招聘、培訓、薪酬、員工關係、證照辦理、費用管控、車輛年審、當地政府補貼、申請外勞等)

3、向上級提供人力資源方面的建議並致力於提高公司香港區域綜合管理水準,控制人力資源成本;
4、建立並完善公司各類規章制度;
5、負責公司香港區域企業文化建設,員工節日活動組織、策劃及安排;;
6、做好預算編制工作組織及實施等;
7、負責各門店的協調與關係維護;
8、負責制定與優化本部門工作流程,監督實施執行情況;
9、上級領導交辦的其他工作事項。
Requirements
1、Possess knowledge and skills in human resource management, experience in personnel work of restaurant chains, and staff resources in the restaurant industry is preferred;
2、Familiar with Hong Kong local labour policies and laws;
3、Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, communication and co-ordination skills;
4、Organisational and time management skills, analytical and problem solving skills;
5、English as working language;
6、Familiar with office software operation;
任職要求

2、熟悉香港當地勞工政策及法律;

5、可以用英語作為工作語言;
6、熟悉辦公軟體操作;
工作時間:
每週工作5天
星期一至五:9:30-18:30
