Responsibilities:
Responsible for the affairs of the Pok Oi Hospital’s Permanent Advisers and the Association of the Directors and Former Directors of Pok Oi Hospital, including liaison, convening meeting, organizing activities, nomination and formation works
Assisting with the daily works of the Board and Committee Affairs Office
Assisting with volunteer/ care team works, including coordinating and organizing volunteer activities
Other tasks as assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
Bachelor degree holder in related disciplines or above.
At least 2 years relevant working experiences, preferably in (NGO) working experience is an advantage.
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Excellent PC skills in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
Strong communication skills, well organized and responsible and flexible to perform ad-hoc works
Candidates with less experience / fresh graduate will be considered as Assistant Officer/Assistant
