About the role:
Join our dynamic team as we deliver innovative employee benefits solutions to corporate clients. In this role, you'll be instrumental in shaping comprehensive insurance programs while developing deep expertise in the benefits consulting space.
Job Descriptions:
Build strong relationships with insurers and negotiate terms that benefit our clients.
Liaise with insurers to compare quotations and prepare client proposals, analysis reports, and presentation materials.
Conduct thorough analyses of raw claims data and medical cost ratios from insurance companies and prepare comprehensive reports highlighting key findings for clients' HR departments.
Undertake other duties as required to support the team and clients.
Requirements
University graduate with minimum 1-3 years of working experience , preferably in the insurance industry
Holder of Insurance license (IIQE papers I, II & III) are highly preferable
Detail-oriented, customer focused with effective client relationship and communication skills
Possess strong sense of responsibilities and be able to work independently and act as a self-motivated and energetic good team player
Good communication skills on written and spoken English and Chinese
Good computer skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Immediate available is preferred
Fresh graduate will also be considered
