Job Description
Handle company related party transactions and communicate with related party; and handle local document reports on related-party transactions
Handle investment transactions including updating investment working files, data entry and check investment reports
Manage company’s procurement process including handle procurement application, filing procurement projects documents; report procurement financial data to management and group company;
Handle company internal audit of company and prepares reports
Handle the revision of company accounting policies;
Handle accounts in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with accounting standards and company accounting policies
Participate in financial system process optimization and system transformation projects
Other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor
Requirement
Bachelor degree holder in Accounting or related discipline;
With financial work experience in insurance (reinsurance) industry, especially experience in the new accounting standards IFRS17 & IFRS9 will be beneficial
With work experience of related job matures will be beneficial
Qualified member of HKICPA is preferred,
Proficient in PC skills, e.g. MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint and Oracle (OFS)
Excellent in both written and spoken business English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua
Strong learning ability & adaptability, communication & collaboration skill
