The Company was involved in various major infrastructure projects in Hong Kong, such as Hong Kong-Zhu Hai-Macao Bridge Project, the Three Runway System Project, Tung Chung New Town Extension, Intergrated Waste Management Facilities Phase I (Shek Kwu Chau) and etc. “Yun Lee" is also well known in Hong Kong Marine Services not only providing vessels chartering and related services, but also can be further as provision of crew members, maritime consultation, building vessels, vessels repair and maintenance services.
Job Duties:
Manage the full set of accounting tasks independently
Preparing and processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Perform daily accounting operation including data input and prepare related vouchers
Prepare month-end closing
Reconciling bank statements and maintaining accurate financial records
Process wage calculations and MPF contributions for site workers.
Conduct outdoor tasks, including cheque deposits.
Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Qualifications, experience & skills:
Higher Diploma in Accounting or related disciplines
2–5 years' experience or more in a relevant role.
Fresh graduate will be considered
Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Proficiency in MS Office, include Outlook, MS Word and Excel
Independent, strong personal motivation, proactive, responsible and well disciplines
Good communication skills and time management
Immediate availability is preferred
With relevant accounting work experience is an advantage
