Accounting Supervisor (Investment Property)

Responsibilities

• Perform general accounting functions for investment properties, including the preparation of billings, payments and financial statements
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis for rental properties
• Support the budgeting process and perform budgetary control
• Handle inquiries from shopping centre management offices and external auditors
• Participate in financial system implementation and enhancement

Requirements

• Grade E / Level 2 / "Attained" or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE, including English and Chinese Languages as well as Mathematics, preferably with post-secondary education in Accountancy or a related discipline
• A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably gained in sizeable organisations / property industry
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with proficiency in written English
• Hands-on experience in Oracle Financial System and Microsoft Excel is preferred

Remarks

• Candidates with higher qualification but less experience will also be considered
