The Institutional Equity Division (IED) is a global leader in the origination, distribution and trading of equity, equity-linked and equity-derivative securities. The Firm’s equity Sales & Trading operations provide liquidity, distribute content, and create product solutions to help our clients generate alpha. The Equity Derivatives Sales Group has a content driven and client centric approach which has proven to be a recipe for success since the build-out got underway in 2008. Structured around four main product areas – index, single stock, exotics and corporate derivatives – the business operates as a matrix with the four client segments of retail distribution, asset owners, high-velocity trading and corporates.

- Price exotic structures for multiple sales desks in Asia/Japan/Europe and US
- Work with sales / interact with client to generate ideas on equity derivative payoffs/underliers
- Monitor automation projects

Work with Transaction Management Group on documenting transactions (economical point of view)
- Python and Microsoft Excel skills
- English language
- Mandarin is not a prerequisite but is a plus
- Relevant academic in financial engineering, computer science, mathematics, statistics or other related quantitative discipline
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
