- Serve as Production Manager for YCIS Hong Kong and Cross-School Creative Arts Division events, including concerts, dance performances, theatre productions, musical performances, drama festival, visual arts exhibitions, art tours, and music tours.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing large-scale events such as exhibitions, art tours, visual arts programmes, and performances.
- Develop detailed schedules, budgets, and resource plans for multiple concurrent projects.
- Collaborate with staff across YCIS and the YCYW network, as well as internal and external artists, vendors, technical teams, and student groups across all arts disciplines.
- Work closely with Marketing teams to develop promotional materials and activities to maximise visibility and engagement.
- Manage logistical arrangements for student and staff involvement in events, including venue booking, transportation, and other operational needs.
- Support procurement and management of equipment, costumes, set materials, and other resources required for events.
- Maintain comprehensive records of production and project documentation, inventories, and conduct post-event evaluations.
- Support the Artist in Residence Programme by managing art projects, organising exhibitions, and providing logistical support for arts programmes.
- Oversee daily operations of theatre, dance, and visual arts after-school activities at YCIS Hong Kong, including logistics and coordination.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Division Head.
- Degree holder or above, preferably in Arts Administration, Event Management, Theatre, or related fields.
- Proven experience in theatre production, large-scale event management, or arts administration, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and logistical skills, with the ability to plan, prioritise, and execute events efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders including artists, vendors, staff, parents and students.
- Technical knowledge of staging, lighting, sound, and set design is highly desirable.
- Experience in managing arts programmes, exhibitions, or tours is an advantage.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders from different backgrounds and disciplines.
- Flexibility to work outside regular hours, including evenings and weekends during peak periods or event schedules.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work well under pressure in a dynamic environment.
Monday to Friday - 8am to 4:30pm (School Days) / 9am to 5:30pm (Non-school Days)
