ESF Language & Learning is looking for an Assistant Administrator to join our vibrant team. This role is vital for addressing customer inquiries and managing administrative tasks related to our diverse playgroup, Pre-Kindergarten, and after-school programmes for children aged 6 months to 11 years.
Responsibilities
- The key responsibilities will include customer communication, course administration, database management and operational/clerical support
- Engaging with customers and offering detailed responses to inquiries through different channels
- Support the reception with visitor enquiries and answer the phone
- Creating and monitoring classes on the ESF Explore website
- Maintaining up-to-date details in enrollment systems and databases
- Processing enrollments and following up on payments
- Ordering and managing educational resources and supplies
- Upholding and enforcing any course policies in place
- Providing regular assistance to the Centre Manager and Senior Teacher
- Performing any ad-hoc tasks when required
- High Diploma, Associate Degree, or Degree Holder
- 2 years of relevant experience in a customer service role and/or administrative role
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to be flexible, prioritize workload, work independently and use initiative
- A friendly manner in relation to staff and students is essential
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Cantonese, fluency in Mandarin
- Educational sector experience is a plus but not essential
- Able to work on weekends, either Saturday or Sunday
