Manage daily office operations, logistics, and workplace upkeep
Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare necessary materials
Handle document/courier with proper tracking
Procure, distribute, and track office supplies inventory
Assist in fixed asset management and audits
Support staff with travel arrangements and facility coordination
Perform other assigned duties
How we imagine you:
Bachelor degree or above in Administration, Secretarial Studies, Human Resources, or related fields
Strong business writing skills and proficiency in PowerPoint presentations
Responsible, excellent communication skills, proactive service mindset, and teamwork spirit
Candidates with less experience may be considered for an Administrative Assistant roleImmediate availability is highly preferred.
