What you'll be doing
- Assisting the Bar Manager in overseeing all bar operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service
- Developing and implementing innovative cocktail and beverage programmes to attract and retain customers
- Ensuring strict compliance with all relevant health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations
- Training, mentoring, and supervising bar staff to maintain high standards of service and product knowledge
- Analysing sales data and identifying opportunities for growth and cost-saving measures
- Collaborating with the wider hospitality team to deliver seamless customer experiences
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a bar or beverage management role, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated expertise in cocktail and beverage preparation, including a deep understanding of flavour profiles and mixology techniques
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent customer service skills and a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment
- Proficient in relevant software and point-of-sale systems
- A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month
