Responsibilities:
- Assist in the collection, statistics, regular updating, and maintenance of Group property data, as well as physical management (property lease and return);
- Manage the operation, implementation and maintenance of the new property systems and data updates.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of the relevant regulatory reports, statistics and other documentation in accordance with bank policies
- Assist in the internal administration, managing the department's mailbox, liaising with the Recreation Committee, and handling notifications and data compilation for various groups;
- Assist in the compilation of ledger data, including those from internal departments, subsidiaries, and Southeast Asian organizations, and preparing reports/analysis reports/recommendations;
- Participate in and support the compilation, planning, compliance, statistics, analysis, and reporting of proprietary property data
- Complete work according to superior's instructions.
Job Requirements:
- A bachelor degree or higher, majoring in Facilities Management, Building Management, or a related discipline is preferred;
- Excellent memory, execution, and coordination skills;
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese skills;
- A clear mind, focused work ethic, and a strong sense of responsibility;
- Familiarity with MS Office software and Chinese input methods;
- Familiarity with Excel functions and programming, and database management experience is preferred.
