Job Responsibilities
Responsible for operation and financial control of HK & overseas offices, including:
Prepare financial analysis for periodic financial closing
Tax planning and transfer price setting
Monitor inventory
Performance analysis of business unites
Maintain Finance policies & procedures, and ensure key controls are in place
Liaise with external auditors, bankers, tax advisors and valuers
Prepares ad-hoc assignments as required
Job Requirements
Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or similar discipline
Professional qualification of HKICPA or ACCA is preferred
Minimum 5 years relevant experiences
Prior exposure in audit firm is a plus
Working experience in listed company and in manufacturing industry is an advantage
Solid knowledge of accounting policy
Proficiency in Microsoft office and applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in both written & spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese
Immediate available is preferred
