Responsibilities:
Manage on-boarding and off-boarding formalities, attendance and leave administration, calculation of overtime allowance and part-time wages payment
Administer staff cost budgeting, conduct market research as well as handle annual salary review and bonus payout exercise
Report employees’ compensation cases, handle renewal of safety related licences as well as arrange occupational and safety related initiatives
Participate in HR projects, HR system implementation projects and ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
University graduates in Human Resources Management/ English/ Translation or equivalent
With at least 2 years’ relevant experience in sizeable companies
A team player, organized, detail-minded and of good numerical sense
Self-motivated, of can-do attitude and able to follow through
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related HR regulations/ ordinances
