Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough impact assessments for all 60+ initiatives, documenting effects on people, processes, and systems. Create targeted mitigation plans for high-impact changes, including strategies for communications, training and managing resistance
- Collaborate with initiative owners in conducting change readiness assessments to identify drivers, barriers, and resistance areas to ensure change readiness prior to each rollout
- Collaborate with the Manager IT (for Change Office) to design and deliver targeted engagement and communications activities throughout the IT Change Journey
- Design and develop comprehensive communication materials for the IT Change Programme, including communication sessions, briefing sessions and newsletters, ensuring awareness of key changes across IT teams
- Facilitate two-way engagement, including but not limited to focus groups, pulse surveys, cross functional team meetings to proactively gather sentiments, feedback and address concerns
- Change Network Enablement – Support and enable the change champions to foster grassroots-level buy-in. Coordinate the Change Champion Network through regular workshops and touch points to ensure champions are well-prepared. Train Change Champions on change management frameworks and equip them with tailored messaging for their teams
- Design and maintain change management resources and toolkits (change reports, templates, communication decks etc) to ensure consistent approach across IT teams
- Manage the IT Change Portal, ensuring content is current and communicating the IT Change Programme metrics on a monthly basis.
- Provide continuous enhancement in AA IT project and change management practice. Support project teams in implementing improvement in project management practices and analyze change data to identify improvement opportunities
Requirements
- University degree or equivalence in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 6 years of experience in IT project management or PMO, preferably in delivering change management or process improvement initiatives for digital transformation projects
- Certification of PMP is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and experience in creating effective communication materials to support organizational change management
- Proven experience in project or change management, particularly in leading large-scale IT transformation or change initiatives
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on change and project timelines
- Strong analytical skills to conduct change readiness assessments and analyze data for improvement opportunities
- Familiarity with project or change management methodologies and tools, along with a proactive approach to foster change adoption and sustainability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive attitude towards learning and growth
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English
