Reporting to Section Head, Business Development , you are responsible for soliciting business opportunities in respect of SME banking account to achieve individual sales targets and identify, originate and develop relationship with new and existing partners/ associations of all levels from different market segments.
Main Responsibilities:
Solicit new SME banking accounts and make sales referrals to achieve individual targets
Maintain a close relationship with partners and explore new business opportunity.
Meet the required KPI target and contribute fully of objectives to your departments
Driving conversation and business opportunities from SME customer leads generated by Senior Manager, Merchant Relationship
Establish excellent relationship with business professional through calls or face-to-face outreach meeting and organize related sales presentation
Proactively promote various of SME banking products and services to customers with customer’s commercial needs
Provide various administration support to SME Banking
Incumbent Requirements:
Secondary education or above
3 years relevant sales experience in retail sales or SME/ commercial banking
Outgoing, aggressive and able to work under pressure
Good understanding of banking products particular in deposit/ credit card/ payroll products
Good presentation, communication and written skill with fluent in English & Chinese
Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred
Holders of IIQEs (1 and 2) qualification
Self-motivated and mature with positive attitude
