Responsible for rendering support to Client Coverage team in Hong Kong and assisting in managing the relationship with the top tiered corporates and financial institutions in Asia Pacific.
Key Responsibilities
Support senior bankers in client relationship management with corporates and financial institutions across Asia Pacific with presentations and briefing materials
Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to support client pitches, deal origination, and sector strategy development.
Assist in preparing credit applications and risk assessments, integrating financial modelling and scenario analysis to support credit decisions and portfolio management.
Coordinate deal execution activities including documentation preparation and due diligence to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Liaise with internal teams and clients to facilitate KYC checks, documentation verification and compliance reviews.
Contribute to pipeline tracking and portfolio reviews by analysing financial performance, monitoring deal progress, and preparing internal reporting material
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related subjects; master degree and CFA holder is a plus.
3-5 years of working experience in qualified accounting firms or financial institutions with hands on experience in market research and credit analysis; master degree graduate with part-time and/or internship experiences in international financial institutions will also be considered
Highly motivated team player with excellent analytical and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese; additional language skills in Spanish or another Asian language (e.g. Japanese or Korean) will be an advantage.
