Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all aspects of audit engagements, including planning, execution, and finalization.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and providing valuable insights.
Review and analyze financial statements, records, and documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to auditing standards.
Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of auditors, fostering their professional growth and development.
Identify risks, control weaknesses, and areas for improvement in clients' financial processes and internal controls.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in auditing standards, and provide recommendations for best practices.
Communicate audit findings, recommendations, and strategic insights to clients and senior management.
Collaborate with partners and senior leadership to drive the growth and profitability of the audit practice.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance, or business-related field.
Professional certification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Proven experience in leading and managing audit engagements, preferably within a public accounting firm or a similar professional services environment.
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and auditing standards.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and senior management.
Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully managing and developing a team.
Proficiency in auditing tools, software, and data analytics techniques.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and data analysis tools.
Demonstrated commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards and upholding professional integrity.
