Senior Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk I) in the Bau Institute of Medical and Health Sciences (Ref.: 532925) (to commence as soon as possible on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, and with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree, with at least 3 years’ full-time working experience, preferably in a tertiary institution. They should have a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese), good organizational and communication skills, strong computer literacy, the ability to multitask, and a strong sense of responsibility. They should also be self-motivated, attentive to details, and a good team player.
The appointee will perform a wide spectrum of administrative tasks, which include assisting in the organization and administration of educational programmes, organizing conferences and seminars, handling general office administration, and performing other duties as assigned. The appointee may occasionally be required to work outside normal office hours, including evenings and weekends. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview and a written test.
