Your opportunity
The Supply Chain Intern is responsible for assisting Supply Chain team in providing administrative support.
How you will contribute
- Manage daily regional distribution operations across APAC markets, including stock allocation to stores using replenishment tool and handling store requests.
- Coordinate with warehouse on inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring priorities align with HQ directives.
- Support regular stock rebalancing activities to optimize inventory levels across locations.
- Prepare weekly reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
Who you are
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI; familiarity with SAP, SCDM, and JDA is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Capable of meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player.
- Able to work 2 days per week (Monday to Friday)
