Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee beverage operations across all hotel outlets and banquet venues, ensuring alignment with Conrad brand standards
- Ensure smooth daily bar operations, including team scheduling, workflow management, and service excellence
- Support outlet managers in delivering exceptional guest experiences through personalized service and beverage excellence
- Drive beverage revenue through strategic sales initiatives, upselling programs, and targeted promotions
- Plan and execute annual beverage promotion events across outlets in collaboration with suppliers, enhancing guest engagement and brand visibility
- Develop and implement beverage strategies to meet or exceed revenue budgets or forecasts—whichever is higher
- Curate and innovate wine and cocktail menus with a focus on luxury, trend-forward offerings that reflect market preferences and brand positioning
- Maintain and regularly update the master wine list, ensuring quality, diversity, and relevance to current beverage trends
- Manage inventory, procurement, and supplier relationships to ensure cost efficiency, product availability, and premium quality
- Conduct regular training sessions for outlet teams on beverage knowledge, service standards, upselling techniques, and brand-specific protocols
- Perform administrative duties including beverage sales reporting, performance analysis, and forecasting
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a beverage management role, ideally within a luxury hotel or fine dining environment
- WSET Level 3 certification or equivalent is preferred
- Strong expertise in wine, spirits, and cocktail mixology
- Proven leadership, communication, and team development skills
- Excellent guest engagement and customer service capabilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic hospitality setting
- Proficiency in English; Cantonese and Mandarin are advantageous
