Key Responsibilities:
Develop accurate and detailed BIM models using Revit. •
Produce high-quality construction drawings, schedules, and documentation to support project delivery.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure model accuracy and compliance with project standards.
Maintain and update BIM libraries and standards to streamline workflows.
Perform clash detection and quality checks to ensure error-free deliverables.
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Architecture, Building Services, Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM modelling and drawing production.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks; knowledge of Dynamo or Rhino is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
