Scope of Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute effective brand & marketing strategies to achieve business objectives (financial and non-financial) for responsible brands in the Hong Kong and Macau Injectable Aesthetics markets. 
• Accountable for the marketing budget to deliver brand performance, including market shares, consumer communication, and customer adaptation of the responsible brands. 
• Work closely with the sales & educational team to ensure effective marketing executions to support customer and HCPs engagement and commercial operations. 
• Monitor brand performance by capturing market insights and intelligence, conducting market share analysis and competitor analysis on a timely manner, and translating them into actionable items to facilitate business development. 
• Formulate the marketing plan for the assigned brands and liaise with agencies to drive and execute marketing campaigns, including advertising, digital, social media, and influencer PR, to drive customer engagement. 
• Keep track of marketing campaigns (ATL & BTL) within the industry. Evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI and propose the next action plan. 
• Develop POSM and sales kits and be responsible for ensuring successful implementation across channels. 
• Work closely with Supply Chain, RA, and Regional/Global office for product launch and pipeline development. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in science, business, or marketing-related fields. 
• At least 3-5 years of solid marketing experience in the healthcare and aesthetic industry, with a focus on injectable aesthetics in Hong Kong and Macau, is highly desirable. 
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills. 
• Strong team player, able to work effectively and closely with internal and external stakeholders as partners.
• Effective time management and the ability to work independently.
