Oversee daily boutique operations, ensuring seamless execution of sales, client service, and inventory management
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and uphold brand standards
Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing personalised service to enhance client loyalty
Drive sales performance through strategic planning, clienteling initiatives, and effective merchandising
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising guidelines
Monitor and analyse sales data, KPIs, and market trends to optimise boutique performance
Collaborate with regional management to implement brand initiatives and promotional activities
Maintain a luxurious and welcoming boutique environment, reflecting the brand’s heritage and values
Manage stock levels, conduct regular inventory audits, and minimise stock discrepancies
Train team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and exceptional customer service standards
Requirements:
Associate degree or higher in a relevant field.
Proven experience in luxury retail, regardless of product category.
Prior experience as an Assistant Boutique Manager or Boutique Manager is preferred but not required; candidates with strong potential will be considered.
Management Trainee experience is highly desirable but not mandatory.
Outstanding interpersonal skills, coupled with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strategic, forward-thinking vision.
Fluency in English and Mandarin; proficiency in Cantonese is not required for non-Hong Kong local applicants.
