Chloé - Boutique Supervisor

MAIN PURPOSE

The Boutique Supervisor will be responsible for assisting Boutique Manager with the daily operations of the boutique.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supporting and implementing retail strategies

• Providing training and coaching of sales team

• Interacting with clients and drive performance through appropriate sales techniques

• Maintaining a high level of brand image

• Cultivating and maintaining excellent client relationships

JOB PROFILE

• 3+ years’ retail supervisory experience in contemporary or luxury fashion

• Good command of spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong problem solving, service-oriented and reliable
