Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for client account opening, KYC and AML checking and updating client master data
Ensure client account documentations are in accordance with Company's standards and regulatory requirements
Provide quality customer service and handle clients' enquiries
Assist in operational and administrative tasks
Work closely with other business units on ad-hoc projects
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree holder in Finance, Business Administration or related subjects
Eligible to be licensed as type 1 and 2 representative
Experienced in brokerage industry is preferred
Familiar with securities account opening procedure, knowledge in opening Corporate account will be an advantage
Lianese with the Sales Agent for chasing the related documents for Account opening
Good interpersonal and communication skill
Good command of Chinese and English, fluent in Mandarin is essential
Fresh graduates and IANG will also be considered
Immediate available will be an advantage
