Business development assistant/業務拓展助理

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive business plans aimed at achieving set objectives and targets.
• Identify prospective clients and market segments through market research, industry analysis, and customer profiling.
• Establish connections with potential new clients and generate sales leads through methods such as cold calling, site visits, and social media engagement.
• Organize regular meetings with clients to ensure high-quality customer service.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients to understand and meet their needs, resolving any issues that arise.
• Keep an updated database of clients, prospects, and partners.
• Demonstrate the value of products and services to create growth opportunities and analyze data to identify trends.
• Conduct meetings, research, and assist in program development for both current clients and potential prospects.

Qualifications & experience

• University degree or above
• Familiarity with Sales or Marketing, especially in new business development and market analysis.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-driven with a proactive attitude towards work.
• Collaborative team member with a strong sense of accountability.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese).
• Candidates with less experience or recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.

要求

• 大學或以上
• 具備銷售或市場營銷相關知識，尤其是新業務開發和市場分析方面者優先。
• 具備出色的溝通、演示和人際交往能力。
• 自我驅動，對工作持有積極的態度。
• 具備良好的團隊合作精神和責任感。
• 精通中英文書寫和口語（廣東話）。
• 歡迎有潛力的應屆畢業生或經驗較少者申請。
