About the Role
Lead the alignment of business goals with digital/ technology initiatives. This role acts as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving the successful delivery of initiatives by translating business needs into actionable outcomes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Business Partnership: Build strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their goals, challenges, and upcoming initiatives.
- Initiative Shaping: Involve in early-stage definition of new initiatives, including scoping, high-level requirements gathering and analysis, and business case development. Lead impact analysis and risk assessments for proposed changes and new initiatives
- Delivery Oversight: Collaborate with cross-functional teams within TDA to ensure timely and effective delivery of business initiatives; ensure that business requirements are aligned with business goals and objectives; partner with development teams to ensure that solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders throughout the initiative lifecycle, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve business processes, customer experience, and platform capabilities through technology.
Job Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in digital delivery, project management, SDLC with a focus on digital projects
- Proven track record of leading and managing a team of business analysts, project managers and engaging with technical teams.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies and their application in business.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications.
- Experience in facilitating workshops and meetings with stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
- Self-motivated, action-and-result oriented, team player, and demonstrable ability to influence others.
