Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage cards, numbers, IMSI, and various marketing materials to ensure reasonable resource allocation;
Track resource usage and propose optimization recommendations to reduce management costs;
Coordinate the needs of various departments to ensure that resources meet business development needs;
Conduct regular audits of resource usage to ensure compliance and effectiveness;
Develop standard operating procedures for resource management to improve work efficiency;
Participate in resource procurement and evaluation to optimize resource structure.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, telecommunications, electronics, or related fields;
Over 8 years of experience in telecommunications services, with at least 3 years of experience in managing telecommunications operator numbers/SIM cards/eSIMs/terminals and related marketing resources; prior industry experience is preferred;
Strong sense of responsibility, learning ability, execution ability, and stress tolerance; proficient in Windows and other office software; excellent information collection, analysis, and written communication skills;
Proficient in Mandarin and English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing); proficiency in Cantonese is a plus.
