ABOUT THE JOB
We are expanding quickly and we want sales hustlers in Hong Kong to support our hyper-growth. The ideal candidate will be proactive, ambitious, and self-driven to sell Dash Living’s accommodation solutions to corporates, partners, and targeted group business segments'. Your goals will be to meet or exceed the monthly sales quota, contribute to a consistently high level of occupancy, and increase revenue from the enterprise segment in Hong Kong. An entrepreneurial mindset is required to succeed in this role in a good challenging environment and develop within the company.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize revenue through serviced apartments, coliving spaces, and hotel sales across multiple channels. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners, including online, corporate clients, wholesale, offline travel agents, and other relevant third-party marketplaces and stakeholders.
- Actively manage and expand existing partner relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop a seamless flow to ensure high lead conversion rate across all channels.
- Lead weekly channel sales strategy meetings with key stakeholders including but not limited to market intelligence, pricing strategy, forecasting and recommendations for overall growth.
- Work closely with the Revenue Management team to drive the top-line growth for the Hong Kong market.
- Lead in-person meetings and tours with potential partners and guests.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the management team.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, marketing and finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and efficient customer onboarding processes.
- Represent Dash Living at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand awareness and generate new business leads.
- Ensure the partners are operating within the standards of the partnership, and improving terms and conditions that are beneficial to all hotels
- Document and iterate SOPs to ensure required actions are scalable
- Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting and forecasts
- Ad-hoc project assigned by the line manager
Requirements
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A hungry tech-savvy, data-driven expert with a passion for the coliving and hospitality industry.
- A minimum of 1 year’s working experience in a corporate sales, revenue management or similar role
- Experience in the hospitality or real estate industry is a plus but not essential
- A team player with an entrepreneurial spirit who is not afraid to get their hands dirty
- Strong network of contacts within the Hong Kong market, including travel agents, and corporate clients.
- People-oriented, self-driven, and ambitious
- Results-driven and target-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Multitasking skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines
- Skilled in communicating and presenting effectively with internal and external parties
- Proficiency in English and Cantonese is required, Mandarin and other languages are a strong plus
- Proficiency in G Suite/Slack/PMS and other cloud platforms
