Clerk (Export Department)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clerk to join our Export Department at Sun Shun Fuk Foods Co Ltd, based in the Yuen Long District. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for handling the administrative and clerical tasks associated with our export operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods and information.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and processing export shipping document independently

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of export activities, including tracking shipments and monitoring delivery status

• Providing administrative support to the Export Department, such as filing, data entry, and responding to customer inquiries

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar export-related clerical or shipping area

• Be self-motivated, initiative, well organized, with strong sense of responsibility and cooperative

• Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
