Commercial Manager

Responsibilities:

• To design cost and cost planning;

• Pre-contract documentation including bills of quantities and / or contract specifications;

• To tender procedures, contractual agreements and advices on selection of tenders;

• Responsible for post contract quantity surveying duties, including interim payment application, subcontract payment certification, valuation of variations, re-measurement and final accounts.

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent;

• Membership of a Professional Institute such as MRICS/MHKIS/RICS is preferable;

• Minimum 15 years’ relevant working experience with a main contractor working on large scale civil/building projects;

• Must good at contract administration, claims preparation and excellent in quantity surveying skills. Strong sense in budgeting, commercial and contractual aspects;

• Fluent in both written and spoken English;

• Mature, independent, initiative, co-operation and positive working attitude.
