Your Responsibilities
- Market and develop Liner, NVOCC and Forwarding business
- Liaise and ensure shipping regulatory / legal compliance authorities’ requirements are met with.
- Deliver and guide the Liner Principals’ instruction to Sales & Operations team.
- Provide professional and efficient responses to Principals and customers’ inquiries.
- Drive Sales strategies and set up action plan for sustainable development and continuous improvement.
- Present and attend Marketing meetings / conferences / visits with or on behalf of Principals.
- Motivate and guide the Liner team to achieve set targets and goals.
- Evaluate and coordinate with area offices on possible business opportunities.
Qualifications
- University graduate &/or equivalent Shipping related competencies.
- 10+ years working experience at supervisory level (or above) in shipping field.
- Able to work independently,
- Good network in shipping fraternity
- Presentable & confident
- Good communication & presentation skills.
