Responsibilities:
- To provide greeting and customer services to owners & occupants.
- To carry out daily operations of commercial / industrial building to deliver premier services to occupants.
- To handle complaints, enquiries, emergency cases from occupants.
- To perform daily administration, data entry works and reports.
Requirements:
- DSE level or above
- Relevant working experience in commercial / industrial is preferred.
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate (include Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint).
- Pleasant personality, outgoing and presentable.
- Good customer service attitude.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Customer Services Assistant.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
