Company Secretarial Assistant
KHI Holdings Group is a long-established single-family office based in Hong Kong. The Group is engaged in two main business areas: developing and operating real estate projects globally; and managing a sizable global multi asset financial investment portfolio.
The successful candidate will be a key member of our team responsible for corporate secretarial matters.
Responsibilities
Assist the Group Company Secretary in performing corporate secretarial duties for a group of private companies.
Provide corporate information and documents in response to KYC queries from internal and external stakeholders, such as banks and service providers.
Support and update statutory registers, manage filings and maintain company records.
Coordinate with offshore agents regarding company licensing matters, routine reports and requests.
Provide administrative support to the department and carry out ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
Degree holder, student member of HKICS and/or ICSA is preferable but not essential
1 year company secretarial experience
Basic knowledge of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Self-motivated, organized and attentive to details
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Short notice period will be an advantage
