- Support in ensuring B2B accounts are set-up and administered efficiently and effectively.
- Handle B2B clients' enquiries and complaints
- Identify and support on cases' investigation and resolution issues
- Responsible for the invoice / reports and other documentations with clients in a timely manner
- Work with Operations Managers to acquire and maintain expert knowledge of all aspects of B2B accounts
- Maintain a strong awareness of good practice business processes and policy compliance
- Perform ad-hoc project as assigned
You might fit for the role if you have...…
- Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of working experience preferably in customer services, operations or project management
- Account servicing or Sales Support/Administration experience, preferably in banking / finance industry
- Excellent inter-personal, customer servicing and problem-solving skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and Japanese (N1 level is preferred) or Korean (TOPIK 6 level is preferred)
- Proactive, detail-oriented, highly organized in work procedures
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight timelines
- Well versed in MS Office and hands on experience in using system
- 1 year renewable contract subject to the business and operations needs
