Handle inbound and monitor shipment schedule with supplier and forwarder
Scheduling of inbound supply with the 3PL to avoid bottlenecks & space /supply issues
Review and co-ordinate warehouse stock discrepancies and stock adjustment
Support store operations including inter-store transfers, cycle count and returns
Report QC issues and claims
Handle documentation and reporting
Responsible for master data management
Requirements:
2 years relevant experience in Supply Chain; background in retail industry is highly preferred
Diploma or above in Supply Chain, Logistics or related disciplines
Strong data analytical skills is a plus
Positive thinking, Independent, self-motivated and willing to learn
Good presentation, communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Powerpoint & Word
