- Support the execution of a wide range of corporate finance and capital market transactions including equity and debt financing, IPOs, M&A and financial advisory services clients in Hong Kong, Mainland China and international markets
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage end-to-end deal execution, including maintaining client relationships, coordinating various working parties, and ensuring timely delivery of transaction milestones
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence processes, including site visits, third-party interviews, and on-site meetings; prepare and review due diligence documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Perform in-depth market research, industry benchmarking, and financial and valuation analysis to support transaction structuring
- Prepare marketing materials, pitch books and transaction proposals to evaluate and communicate the merits and risks of a transaction
Requirements
- Outstanding academic background in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline from universities with a track record of success; CFA/CPA qualifications are strongly preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant corporate finance experiences with appropriate SFC licensing and qualification. Experiences in related fields such as accounting or legal will also be considered
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple transactions/ tasks under tight deadlines and pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Proven ability to build strong working relationships across departments and with external stakeholders
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to details
