Job Summary:
Custodial cast members ensure our guests have safe and enjoyable experiences while visiting Hong Kong Disneyland Resort. Through cleaning service, operations cast members have a direct impact on our guests’ experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general cleaning and sanitization services at onstage areas (including restrooms)
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the resort, addressing any hygiene-related issues, including handling unexpected incidents.
- Perform cleaning after parade and outdoor shows
- Interact with Guests, and handle their enquires & requests
Basic Qualifications:
- Roster will be scheduled according to operation needs, and based on Part Time type:
- Weekday part time: available to report duties on Mondays to Fridays.
- Weekend part time: available to report duties on Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Proficiency in either English, Cantonese, or Mandarin.
- Willing to work at various locations within the resort, including outdoor areas.
- Comfortable with standing for long periods and lifting heavy items when needed.
- Good guest service mindset, independent and a team player with good communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitasking.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to speak and read in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Good command in other languages is an advantage.
