Responsibilities:
Execute dealing orders;
Provide service for dealing, online trade and quote services;
Handle internal communications;
Support daily operation at trading desk;
Complete ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Provide professional administrative and customer services support
Responsible for answering customer enquiries via different channels, including social media platform, phone call and email
Deliver quality customer service through call activities, follow up and handle inquiries with good communication skill, friendly and polite manner
Any other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
Able to work independently, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility and analytical mind;
Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese, and Mandarin proficiency is preferred;
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel;
Knowledge in Securities trading industry is a plus;
Knowledge in Mainland China customers is a plus;
Positive, self-motivated with good communication skills.
