Role Overview Lead cybersecurity strategy and implementation for our virtual asset trading platform, ensuring compliance with SFC cybersecurity requirements and protecting client assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity framework for virtual asset trading
- Design multi-layered security architecture including network, application, and infrastructure security
- Establish security risk assessment and incident response procedures
- Ensure compliance with SFC Guidelines for Virtual Asset Trading Platform Operators
- Manage security technologies including firewalls, SIEM systems, and threat detection tools
- Coordinate security audits and penetration testing
- Lead cybersecurity team and conduct company-wide security training
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 8+ years cybersecurity experience, with 5+ years in financial services
- 3+ years virtual asset/cryptocurrency security experience preferred
- Professional certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH) preferred
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology and crypto security mechanisms
- Experience with regulatory compliance in Hong Kong financial sector
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Fluent in English and Chinese
