This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 2 years with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance.
Responsibilities
Access, understand, interpret and analyze on airport data in operation, passenger and commercial areas.
Track and analyze collection performance and identify formulate and revamp collection strategy where appropriate.
Assist the Assistant Manager for project execution, including exploration and definition, analytics, application and dashboard delivery and impact measurement.
Liaise with stakeholders / vendors to achieve defined outcome.
Execute process and procedures for data analytics infrastructure and data governance practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree holder in Data Science / Mathematics / Statistics, Airport Management / Aviation, Business Management or other related disciplines
Minimum 3 years’ experience in data analytics, including at least 2 years leading project design, planning, delivery, and hands-on execution of analytics initiatives.
At least 1 year’s experience with ETL processes, data modeling, and cloud platforms such as Azure, or Google Cloud.
Hands-on experience in data project design, planning, delivery and management for customer relationship management will be an advantage
Experience in data modelling and machine learning using Python, R or Dataiku is an advantage
Knowledge on data processing and associated toolkits is preferred, such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL and Excel
Good communication and organizing skills
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is preferred
