Key Responsibilities
· Oversee the daily operations of all stores within the assigned area, ensuring optimal resource allocation and workflow efficiency.
· Clearly communicate job expectations to staff; consistently monitor, appraise, and coach employee performance to meet and exceed targets.
· Supervise all aspects of sales operations and customer service, ensuring the team delivers an exceptional customer experience.
· Lead the team in executing plans according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); provide valuable feedback and insights to support senior management's strategic planning.
· Onboard and train new employees, tracking their performance and providing ongoing support to ensure their success.
· Manage employee work schedules (rosters), ensuring they are accurate and submitted on time.
· Act as a point of escalation for customer complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
· Drive the implementation of and adherence to company standards, proactively identifying and resolving operational challenges.
· Effectively manage budgets, control operational costs, minimize waste, and uphold the highest standards of quality.
· Ensure all company assets and property are properly maintained and safeguarded.
· Demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism, acting as a role model for the entire team.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
· Minimum 5 years' proven experience in a similar managerial role (e.g., Area Manager, Store Manager).
· Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
· In-depth knowledge of retail operations, performance metrics, and best practices.
· Ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.
· Experience in training, motivating, and developing a team.
· A customer-centric mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations.
· Candidates with less experience will be considered for the role of Assistant District Manager.
