Donor Relations Executive
The Donor Relations Executive is responsible for implementation of donor retention programmes and handling of donation processing functions for regular donors.
Responsibilities
- Data entry and filing of donation forms;
- Handle donor enquiries and termination requests via various channels;
- Make outbound calls to donors to fix their unrealised donations and conduct upgrade/reactivation telemarketing programmes;
- Process monthly batch donation and related administrative work;
- Assist in delivering all donor related communications materials e.g. receipts, SMS and eDM, and
- Plan and organise gatherings or donor care services for monthly donors.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Marketing;
- Minimum 3 years’ experience preferably in customer service or call centre;
- Strong sense of responsibilities and well-organised;
- Self-motivated team player with positive working attitude;
- Customer-oriented with good communication skills;
- Good command in English, Chinese and Putonghua, and
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications skills.
** Immediate availability is highly preferred **
